Job Responsibility:
Audit work related to engineering workflow 20%
•Review internal product drawings in the OA system to ensure accurate conversion from customer drawings.
•Review process flowcharts in the OA system to verify process rationality and reliability.
•Review BOM, processes, and costs in the SAP system.
•Review internal PN information in the CMP system.
•Review ECN and SOP documents in the OA system.
•Review quality RMA cases from IQC, production lines, and CCC inspection.
Product development 25%
•Perform cost and engineering inquiry evaluation for complex products.
•Communicate design specifications and test methods.
•Initiate and facilitate product development plans.
•Establish engineering processes for product realization.
•Provide technical support to customers, purchasing, and quality departments.
Process Improvement 25%
•Provide Ｏn-site solutions for process and engineering issues.
•Facilitate engineering and process improvement projects.
•Provide technical solutions for production ramp-up and volume manufacturing.
•Strive to achieve KPI targets through process improvement.
•Implement continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing efficiency.
Quality improvement & cost reduction 10%
•Resolve product issues from customer complaints.
•Collaborate with the quality department to deliver failure analysis reports.
•Develop improvement plans and drive continuous improvement of product yield.
•Analyze cost structures and establish improvement plans for negative gross margin products.
•Drive cost reduction through process improvement and standardization in the SAP system.
Supervision, Management and Leadership 10%
•Ensure the team is adequately staffed, motivated, engaged, and empowered to deliver high-level, sustainable performance in a dynamic environment, at a cost level supportable by the organization and consistent with market realities.
•Ensure proper job placement by consistently applying robust interview and selection methodologies across the team.
•Foster a learning environment and ensure the team receives training and development to meet short-term and long-term performance expectations.
•Maintain open two-way communication and active channels to support effective team operation.
•Ensure an accident-free environment by adhering to all EH&S policies and procedures, maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly workplace, and promoting a culture where all accidents are preventable.
•Train new engineers Ｏn optical fabrication knowledge and skills.

•Ensure all department information systems, records, reports, and metrics are accurate and generated in a timely manner.
•Ensure compliance with company policies for all safety, environmental, and ergonomic requirements.
•Ensure understanding and proper adherence to the company Technology Control Plan, IP protection, and Export Compliance requirements.
•Ensure understanding and proper execution of relevant SOX, IT, and quality procedures.
•Maintain a quality-oriented work environment.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above，Majored in Optics, Optical Communication, Optoelectronics or related field.
• Proficient in English communication.
• More than 5 years of working experience in optical cold process fabrication.
• Experience in product development for optical components and optical assemblies.
• Experience in process improvement and process problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve results through others.
• Experience in problem analysis and resolution at the functional level.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement.
• Ability to develop plans, set goals, evaluate work performance and provide effective feedback.
• Experience with ISO quality and business process management.
• Ability to develop optical fabrication processes.
• Skilled in optical product development and process improvement.
• Basic business communication skills and ability to keep abreast of optical industry trends.
• Ability to lead the engineering team to solve product and process problems.
