Main Tasks: - Opportunity Identification: Discover and evaluate potential digital extensions to the existing product portfolio. - Business Case Development: Build and present robust business cases for new digital product concepts. - Product Discovery: Independently develop MVPs and prototypes (leveraging modern AI/no-code tools such as Claude Code, Vercel, Lovable, Figma etc.) to quickly validate and test product ideas and concepts. - Product Development: Drive digital product development in collaboration with external partners, design, marketing and operational teams. - Go-to-Market: Co-create and support launch plans with global and local marketing teams. - Commercialization & Monetization: Define and manage monetization strategies (e.g., subscriptions, in-app purchases). - Product Performance: Track performance, user engagement, and continuously improve based Ｏn feedback and analytics. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with cross-functional teams including R&D, finance, marketing, and IT. - Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire digital product lifecycle and ensure long-term value generation. Job Requirements: - 5 years of digital consumer product experience with track record of successful launches - Experience sourcing and managing technical and design staff. - Hands-on experience with emerging technologies (e.g., AI) and understanding of how technological disruptions can impact the business landscape. - Experience with working with Senior Management, Shareholders. Technical & professional knowledge: - AI product development (MVP) - Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset - Strong analytical and business modeling skills - Lean/Agile product management knowledge - Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills - Consumer-centric with deep understanding of digital user experience - Data & analytics-driven - Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration - Commercial and marketing acumen - Innovation-driven thinking - Basic coding/programming knowledge
