Your tasks and responsibilities: Responsible for the whole lifecycle of owned products, focusing Ｏn medical imaging solutions for image post-processing and artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted diagnosis, achieve market success of the product regarding customer acceptance and financial success. • Lead the full lifecycle management for products, including product strategy development, roadmap planning, and execution. • Conduct in-depth market research and user needs analysis to identify unmet clinical needs, market trends, and competitive landscape; • Define Product Positioning: analyze & define product specific target markets, target institutions & target customers • Define Product / user value definition: close collaboration with customers for pains & gains Analysis and Identifying customer needs & wants. • Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria based Ｏn clinical value, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and business goals. • Collaborate closely with x-function teams to ensure successful product development, providing clear guidance Ｏn product specifications (MRS & SWRS) and validating technical implementations against requirements. • Price book content for owned product / user values. • Contribute to FPP (Financial Product Plan). • Drive product launch activities, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and training programs. • Proactively facilitate effective communication and collaboration among global cross-functional teams. • As the member of the product core team, leads and motivates the product team. • Other tasks assigned by superiors. Your qualifications and experience: ● 5 years of product management experience in medical software, preferably with a focus Ｏn medical imaging with 0-1 experience ● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, Master’s degree is preferred, clinical background is preferred.
