Gold Apple is coming to China! Join our growing beauty e-commerce brand as our UX/UI designer. We need your strategic vision to captivate and connect with a global audience. Responsibilities: -Lead the UX/UI, content design and communication direction, form the visual strategy of the company's digital products -Control the quality of design and user experience at all stages of development — from research to final implementation -Organize and direct the work of the design team, providing a single visual language and following the design system -Build team processes, meet deadlines, train and develop processes -Develop and implement visual identity principles adapted to the Chinese market and local user habits for applications and the web (mini-apps) -Oversee UX research, hypothesis testing, and user behavior analysis -Interact with product managers, developers, and marketing to achieve a holistic user experience -Develop and scale the design system -Present your ideas to the business Requirements: -Experience in leading a UX/UI team and managing cross-functional projects -Deep understanding of the features of visual culture and digital user behavior in China -Excellent knowledge of the principles of UX design, composition, typography and color solutions -The ability to translate business goals into understandable design objectives and formulate visual solutions that enhance product metrics -Possession of modern design tools -Experience in the development and scaling of design systems -Skills in conducting and interpreting UX research -Attention to details, leadership skills -Native Chinese language proficiency/ HSK6 -English language proficiency at the C1 level -Having a strong portfolio with completed projects
