Responsibilities a) Lead and manage a team of in-house design team across multiple disciplines and categories. b) Motivate and influence design team to attain for excellence in performance. c) Establish artistic strategy, budgets and schedules for key design projects. d) Supervise design team while effecting and introducing new and innovative strategies of creative execution, including materials, techniques, patterns, artwork, etc.. e) Plan and develop design concepts for each season and provide influencing concepts to boost department productivity. f) Develop products to fulfill seasonal and injected merchandising needs. g) Manage design processes to make sure timely delivery. h) Work cooperatively with product developers, supply chain and merchandise planning team to ensure all design and samples finalized before deadline. i) Routinely communicate with BMW Germany and Brand ingenuity for concept and design concept approval. j) Lower and well control the development cost. Qualifications a) Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. b) Proven experience in a senior design leadership role, preferably with menswear, sportswear, or outdoor brands. c) Deep understanding of menswear consumer trends and market dynamics in China. d) Proficient in developing seasonal concepts and driving creative strategy from ideation to execution. e) Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
