工作任务 Tasks: 1. 指派下属员工参与项目和支持行动。 Assign subordinates to project and support activities. 2. 定期确保对下属员工绩效进行正式评审。 Insure that subordinate performance is formally reviewed regularly 3. 确保提供教育和培训，使下属员工能够满足工作要求。 Insure that education and training are provided so that subordinates can meet job requirements. 4. 确保设计工程团队的高效运转。 Insure the efficient operation of the design engineering team 5. 作为三级项目的项目负责人，定义项目目标、项目计划和任务分配，并自己完成机械设计部分。 Lead Level III projects as project leader, define project target/project schedule/task assignments and complete mechanical design. 6. 与其他部门关于项目和支持工作进行沟通。 Communicate with the cross functional departments regarding Ｏngoing projects and supports. 7. 在国际项目团队中工作 Work in international project teams. 8. 降本项目支持 Support cost down projects. (FG and parts) 9. 能够理解CCC/VDE/UL标准并完成符合标准的设计。 Be able to understand CCC/VDE and UL standards and make the design meet the standard 10. 定义新设计（成品和新零部件）的验证计划。 Define needed qualification plan for new design (FG and new parts) 11. 准备相关的培训文件并给其他同事进行培训 Be able prepare training documents and train other colleagues 12. 支持客户应用设计团队处理其他可能的工作。 Support customer application design team and take over any other possible work. 13. 支持南汇产线处理研发相关问题。 Support Nanhui production in all R&D related issues. 14. 在新的机械工程师招聘过程中支持部门经理。 Support department manger during new HC Mechanical Engineer hiring process. 15. 代理部门经理 Stand-in for department manager 岗位要求 Requirements: 1. 大学本科及以上学历，机械工程、电机、空气动力学等相关专业背景。 Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical/motor/aerodynamic engineering or equivalent.. 2. 至少8年研发经验，至少3年作为项目负责人或团队负责人的经验。 Minimum of 8 years R&D experience, minimum of 3 years as project leader or team leader in R&D field 3. 具有很好的机械设计知识 Very good knowledge of mechanical design. 4. 熟悉风机或电机相关的CCC/VDE/UL认证。 Familiar with CCC/VDE/UL related fan or motor. 5. 熟悉操作Pro-E以及Auto CAD和Windchill/PDMlink。 Be familiar with Pro-E operation include Auto CAD and Windchill/PDMlink 6. 项目管理知识和经验 Project management knowledge and experience 7. 良好的沟通和协调能力。 Good communication and coordination skills. 8. 与其他部门的良好合作以及团队精神 Good cooperation with other departments, and teamwork spirit. 9. 良好的中英文沟通能力（书面和口语），会德语优先。 Good at Mandarin and English communication (written & verbal),German would be a plus. 10. 具有机械制造知识者优先 Mechanical manufacturing knowledge plus 11. 具有六西格玛知识者优先 6 sigma knowledge plus
