1、全面负责分公司日常事务，安排部门工作计划及落实，确保分公司日常工作和业务经营的正常运行，不断提升分公司运营质量、运营效率; 2、负责分公司的市场开发，业务开拓，客户维护，带领团队完成分公司的业绩指标，根据业务发展要求和公司管理体系要求，持续完善优化分公司组织架构； 3、处理海外指定货物及和海外代理的联络并开发海外代理新业务； 4、负责公司各地海空及联运所需配套支持，协调解决各地代理事务中出现的各项问题； 5、负责分公司年度预算，确保实现年度经营利润指标，严格控制部门成本、费用，组织实施公司经营目标的相应计划，完成各项经营指标； 6、组织进行公司海运及空运业务的定期统计与分析，提交公司有关业绩考核或决策； 7、关注账款的回收及账期的逾限情况； 8、 对工作流程中可能出现的风险能够有效提前预警、有效预防； 9、贯彻落实公司价值观，延续团队的凝聚力和不断开发团队的创造力； 10、完成经理安排的其他工作。 【任职要求】 1、大专以上学历，优秀的中英文口头表达和书面沟通能力（英语可作为工作沟通语言）； 2、至少五年以上国际物流团队管理经验； 3、具备专业的空运/航运/陆运以及货运知识，熟悉海运空运进出口拼箱业务者优先； 4、具备良好的职业道德操守，高度责任心和敬业精神，具有团队合作及客户服务意识，处事成熟稳重； 5、具备敏锐的市场洞察力，较强的领导力、沟通谈判能力、公司营运能力； 6、有自己固定客户或代理业务的优先考虑； 7、熟悉Cargowise系统。 Job Description: 1. Fully responsible for the daily affairs of the branch, arranging departmental work plans and implementing them, ensuring the normal operation of the branch's daily work and business operations, and continuously improving the quality and efficiency of the branch's operations; 2. Responsible for providing supporting services for sea, air, and intermodal transportation in various regions of the company, coordinating and resolving various issues arising from agency affairs in different areas; 5. Responsible for the annual budget of the branch company, ensuring the achievement of annual operating profit targets, strictly controlling departmental costs and expenses, organizing the implementation of corresponding plans for the company's business objectives, and achieving various business targets; 6. Organize regular statistics and analysis of the company's sea and air transportation business, and submit relevant performance evaluations or decisions to the company; 7. Pay attention to the collection of accounts and the occurrence of overdue periods; 8. Effective early warning and prevention of potential risks in the workflow; 9. Implement the company's values, continue the cohesion of the team, and continuously develop the creativity of the team; 10. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager. Job Requirements: 1. College Degree holder or above in logistics, international trade, supply chain, chemical or related disciplines 2. More than 8 years’ experience in relating industry, of which 3 years in managerial level. 3. Proven sales track record with existent client portfolio 4. Fluent in Mandarin and English 5. Self-starter and a team player 6. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a keen eye for details 7. Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills 8.
