Key Responsibilities 1. Sale Performance Management: Responsible for sales budget and breakdown, managing sales forecast and strategically oversee sales management to ensure the business achieve company KPIs. Drive profitability by optimizing store financial performance, including cost control and revenue growth initiatives. Propose data-driven insights to top management team for business optimization. 2. Strong Partnership & Leadership Cultivate strong relationships with key landlord management to secure premium resources and amplify brand visibility. Keep eyes Ｏn market trends, competitors’ performance, customer’s preference information collection/monitor at front line Ｏn a regular basis. Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ departments (e.g., Marketing, Merchandising, HR, Finance) to execute corporate strategies and secure regional support. 3. Retail Operations Excellence: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify retail store improvement opportunities. Improve retail operations and collaborate with all functions to ensure the retail stores operate in an efficient way to meet company SOP. Oversee staffing strategies and implement evaluation systems for retail employees, enhance store manager’s coaching to ensure high-performing workforce. Job Requirements： 1. College’s degree or above 2. Over 10 years of retail management experience with proven success in sales-driven environments. 3. Proficient in sales analysis and sales management
