RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责 Main Responsibilities: 职责概述： -Study adhesive market dynamics, competition state and development trend in-depth, formulate the precise strategies of market expansion for company. -深入研究粘合剂行业的市场动态、竞争态势和发展趋势，为公司制定精准的行业拓展策略。 -Actively explore new customers, especially key customers in target market. -积极开拓新的客户资源，尤其是在目标行业中挖掘潜在的大客户。 -Plan and organize marketing promotion activities, including Ｏnline and offline advertisement, events, exhibitions, seminars, etc. -策划和组织各类市场推广活动，包括线上线下的广告投放、公关活动、展会、研讨会等。 -Manage the social media platform, make content strategy, interact with fans and enhance brand influence. -管理公司的社交媒体平台，制定内容策略，增加粉丝互动，提升品牌影响力。 -Make and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategy, help drive brand awareness and market share. -制定并执行全面的市场传播策略，以提高公司知名度、产品认知度和市场份额。 -Monitor and analysis marketing activities, adjust strategy based Ｏn marketing data and optimize the effectiveness of marketing activities. -监测和分析市场传播活动的效果，根据数据反馈及时调整策略，优化活动效果。 - Lead and manage marketing team, develop the professional competence of the team, inspire innovation and collaboration of the team. -领导和管理市场传播团队，培养团队成员的专业能力，激发团队的创新和协作精神。 - Work closely with internal team (Sales, R&D…), ensure the marketing activities align with company sales target, support sales teams Ｏn promotion. -与内部团队（如销售、产品研发等）紧密合作，确保市场传播活动与公司业务目标相一致，并为销售团队提供有效的营销支持。 REQUIREMENTS 职位要求 -Bachelor and above, major in marketing or related, -本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告传媒、公共关系等相关专业优先； -More than 5 years equivalent work experience, with successful branding cases is preferred. -具有5年以上市场部工作经验，有成功的行业拓展案例者优先； -Have deeper understanding of adhesive industry and products, hold the needs of the customers accurately and collaborate with technical and sales team to provide effective solution. -对粘合剂行业及产品有较深的了解，能够准确把握客户需求并与公司技术、销售团体协作提供有效解决方案； -Keen insight about industry and market trends and can quickly respond to market changes. -对行业动态和市场趋势有敏锐的洞察力，能够快速响应市场变化。 - Familiar with marketing communication tools and channels, rich experience of Ｏnline and offline promotion. -熟悉各类市场传播工具和渠道，具备丰富的线上线下推广经验。 - Strong in creative, planning and copy writing skills, able to plan and implement marketing communication solution independently. - 具有出色的创意能力、策划能力和文案撰写能力，能够独立完成市场传播方案的策划和执行。 -Strong data analysis ability, able to use data to drive decision-making and optimize market communication effectiveness. -具有较强的数据分析能力，能够运用数据驱动决策，优化市场传播效果。 - Good communication skills and team player, able to collaborate with other department and proceed with the projects smoothly. - 具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，能够与不同部门协同工作，推动项目顺利进行。 -Good spoken and written English, able to communicate and write in English. -具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，能够熟练运用英语进行商务沟通和文案撰写。 -A fast learner, limited knowledge about adhesives industry, willing to work in adhesives industry. - 对粘合剂产品有较好的学习能力，对粘合剂行业有一定的了解和兴趣，愿意在行业内长期发展。
