Duties and Responsibilities： Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and auditing quality assurance systems and activities to meet customer requirements and specifications. 负责开发、实施、维护和审核质量保证体系及相关活动，以满足客户的要求和规范。 Responsible for hiring, training and developing, conducting performance evaluations, recognizing and disciplining assigned employees in accordance with company's human resources policies and procedures, which include equal employment opportunities. 负责根据公司的人力资源政策和流程（包括平等就业机会）进行招聘、培训与发展、执行绩效评估、对指定员工进行表彰与纪律处分。 Provides reports pertaining to quality performance results, corrective actions and prevention. serves as a problem prevention coordinator. 提供有关质量绩效结果、纠正措施和预防措施的报告；担任问题预防协调员。 Interacts with customers to gain an understanding of their quality requirements for new & existing products and to receive feedback. 与客户互动，以了解其对新产品及现有产品的质量要求，并获取反馈。 Interface with customers Ｏn technical/quality issues and improvement initiatives. 就技术/质量问题和改进措施与客户进行沟通。 Analyzes, evaluates and presents information concerning factors such as production capabilities, manufacturing problems, new products for consideration by other members of management team. 分析、评估并呈现有关生产能力、制造问题、新产品等信息，供管理团队其他成员参考。 Responsible for managing customer audits and regulatory compliance agency audits. 负责管理客户审核及法规合规机构的审核。 Reviews technical problems and procedures of departments and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures. 审核各部门的技术问题和流程，并针对问题解决方案或流程变更提出建议。 Develops and implements reliability test, failure analysis, customer returned products verification & new product qualification system. 开发并实施可靠性测试、失效分析、客户退回产品验证及新产品认证体系。 To conduct quality review meetings and report to the senior management regarding the Quality performance. 召开质量评审会议，并向高级管理层汇报质量绩效情况。 To report to the management any major areas of quality improvement need. 向管理层报告任何需要重大质量改进的领域。 Implement and work towards TQM in the company and ensure that product quality objectives are being achieved. 在公司内实施并推进全面质量管理（TQM），确保实现产品质量目标。 Reviews technical publications, articles, and abstracts to stay abreast of technical developments in industry. 阅读技术出版物、文章和摘要，以随时了解行业内的技术发展动态。 Competencies and experiences requirement： Education: University graduate in Electronics or other related field 学历要求：电子或相关专业本科毕业。 at least 5 year experience in related environment, knowledge in QC tools, strong analytical skill exposures Ｏn program solving techniques. 至少5年相关环境工作经验，熟悉QC工具，具备较强的分析能力，并接触过问题解决方法。 Fluent in English, 英语流利。 Knowledge in ISO/TS16949, AS9100, ISO13485 了解ISO/TS16949、AS9100、ISO13485等标准。
