Duties and Responsibilities：
Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and auditing quality assurance systems and activities to meet customer requirements and specifications.

Interacts with customers to gain an understanding of their quality requirements for new & existing products and to receive feedback.

Responsible for managing customer audits and regulatory compliance agency audits.

Reviews technical problems and procedures of departments and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures.

Develops and implements reliability test, failure analysis, customer returned products verification & new product qualification system.

To conduct quality review meetings and report to the senior management regarding the Quality performance.
召开质量评审会议，并向高级管理层汇报质量绩效情况。
To report to the management any major areas of quality improvement need.

Implement and work towards TQM in the company and ensure that product quality objectives are being achieved.

Reviews technical publications, articles, and abstracts to stay abreast of technical developments in industry.

Competencies and experiences requirement：
Education: University graduate in Electronics or other related field
学历要求：电子或相关专业本科毕业。
at least 5 year experience in related environment, knowledge in QC tools, strong analytical skill exposures Ｏn program solving techniques.
至少5年相关环境工作经验，熟悉QC工具，具备较强的分析能力，并接触过问题解决方法。
Fluent in English,
英语流利。
Knowledge in ISO/TS16949, AS9100, ISO13485
了解ISO/TS16949、AS9100、ISO13485等标准。
