You will oversee the development of China marketing programs linked to new product launches and base business support for a dedicated product category — across the full product lifecycle. You will act as the bridge between market needs, sales, R&D, and operations, ensuring our product portfolio, positioning, and priorities drive sustainable and profitable growth. You will own the China go-to-market marketing strategy and execution, translating global product roadmaps into locally relevant, consumer-centric campaigns that excite and convert.
You will be based in Shanghai, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, Greater China.

In this role, you will be the marketing engine behind your category — from shaping the right product inputs to leading exciting consumer-facing campaigns.
· Marketing Strategy & Category Leadership: Own marketing planning for your category, providing strategic guidance to Sales and Marketing teams On media, promotion, and activation plans. Act as the bridge between market needs, sales, R&D, and operations, ensuring our product portfolio, positioning, and priorities support sustainable and profitable growth.
· New Product Launches (GTM): Lead China go-to-market marketing strategy and execution. Partner with Product Management and Brand Marketing teams to:
o Build in-depth China consumer insights, including needs and pain points.
o Develop and transcreate product positioning and messaging dedicated to China.
o Define and localize product names (including legal review), packaging, claims, product pictures, product stories, spec sheets, messaging hierarchy, and setup kits.
o Lead creative work On the master toolkit with agencies (big idea, core asset creation & production, hero video) and share with key stakeholders including the global brand team (CN4CN).
o Lead production (e.g., shooting) of key assets with agencies.
o Build and transcreate sales and marketing engagement tools, and conduct product trainings with local PMs (kick-off meetings, sales decks, webinars).
· base Business Support: Develop the strongest assets for category plans (visuals, claims) and ensure consistent, accurate execution across all touchpoints (e-commerce and retail). Support the Head of Marketing in defining customer-centric marketing strategies that influence customers along the sales cycle and drive business results. Manage project budgets.
· Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Play as an active team member in Greater China marketing On planning, leading, and executing assigned marketing projects. Collaborate and align with Product Management, Brand Team, Digital Marketing, Social Media, PR, R&D, and other functions. Develop and implement standards to improve marketing communication transparency, efficiency, and consistency.
More about you:
8 years of experience as a marketing professional or in product management.
Bachelor‘s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field; equivalent On-the-job experience is also considered.
Deep understanding of current market trends in the music and audio industry, as well as popular media and communication channels (e.g., JD, Tmall, Douyin, RED, Bilibili, Kuaishou).
Strong consumer insight capabilities — ability to write concepts grounded in consumer needs.
Data analytics proficiency to inform decisions and measure impact.
Balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Exceptional communication skills; copywriting ability is a strong plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English.
Ability to handle pressure, strong problem-solving skills, and a flexible, can-do attitude.
Passion for music and audio is highly preferred.
Relevant experience in marketing or product marketing, including management of marketing initiatives and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred.
