到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 工作职责 Role Responsibilities 教学方法 Pedagogy -根据学生个体差异，设计并实施个性化教学方案 -运用多感官教学法，提升学生的学习参与度与学习效果 -结合行为管理与情绪调节策略，支持学生自我调控能力的发展 -定期评估学生学习进展，及时调整教学策略 -有效使用辅助技术，支持特殊教育学生的学习与沟通 -Design and implement individualised teaching plans based Ｏn student needs -Use multi-sensory teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes -Apply behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies to support students' self-regulation skills -Regularly assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly -Effectively use assistive technology to support learning and communication 课程实施 Curriculum Implementation -参与制定、实施和修订个别化教育计划（IEP） -与学科教师协作，对普教课程进行合理调整与适配 -参与课程调整与教学资源的开发，确保特殊教育学生的学习可及性 -按要求参与学科组及特殊教育团队的协作备课 -根据学校评估政策，做好学生学业与行为发展的评估与记录 -Participate in the development, implementation and revision of Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) -Collaborate with subject teachers to reasonably adjust and adapt mainstream curricula -Contribute to curriculum adaptation and resource development to ensure accessibility for SEN students -Participate in collaborative planning organised by subject groups and SEN teams -Assess and document student academic and behavioural progress in line with school assessment policy 校园文化 Learning culture -营造包容、尊重、支持多元学习需求的学习者社区 -提升全校师生对特殊教育的理解与接纳意识 -创建安全、关爱、具有激励性的学习环境，特别关注特殊教育学生的情感与社交需求 -积极参加相关教研、培训活动，持续提升专业能力 -按要求参加学校各类教师会议，为学校融合教育发展献计献策 -Foster an inclusive, respectful and supportive learning community for diverse learning needs -Raise awareness and understanding of special education among all staff and students -Create a safe, caring and encouraging learning environment with attention to the emotional and social needs of SEN students -Contribute to and participate in continuous professional development activities -Participate fully in school staff meetings to contribute to the development of inclusive education 心智教育 Pastoral Care -主动担任特殊教育学生的个案负责人或导师 -关注特殊教育学生的心理健康与情绪发展 -与心育中心合作，制定并落实学生行为与情绪支持计划 -与家长保持密切沟通与协作，共同支持学生成长 -Serve as case manager or mentor for SEN students -Support the mental health and emotional development of SEN students -Work with the Counselling Centre to develop and implement behavioural and emotional support plans -Maintain close communication and collaboration with parents to support student development 协作与支持 Collaboration and Support -与学科教师、班主任及学部领导协作，共同支持特殊教育学生的融合 -为教师提供特殊教育相关的策略培训与课堂支持建议 -参与学生个性化教育需求的评估与支持方案制定 -参与学生的转介、评估及与外部专业机构的沟通协调 -Collaborate with subject teachers, homeroom teachers and school leadership to support the inclusion of SEN students -Provide training and classroom support strategies to teachers Ｏn special education practices -Participate in the assessment and support planning for individual student needs -Engage in student referrals, assessments and coordination with external professional agencies 其它职责 Other Duties & Responsibilities -参与课外辅助课程及学生支持活动 -参与学校招生宣传中关于融合教育内容的支持 -完成学校分配的其它任务 -Contribute to co-curricular activities and student support programmes -Support marketing activities related to inclusive education -Carry out other duties or responsibilities allocated by school 职业素养 Person Specifications -热爱教育事业，富有同理心与耐心 -具备创新意识和团队协作能力 -具备较强的沟通能力，与家长、学生、教师及其他专业人员建立有效工作关系 -具备国际化视野和跨文化交际能力 -具备良好的英语口头和书面交流能力 -Life-long learner with a passion for education, empathy and patience -Innovative and collaborative -Strong communication skills to establish effective working relationships with parents, students, teachers and other professionals -Internationally minded and inter-culturally competent -Good spoken and written skills in English language
