PIE 工艺整合工程师

到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 职责描述：1) 搭建MEMS产品的整体工艺流程并完成文档库的建立；Set up overall MEMS product process flow, and finish the document file; 2) 制定MEMS产品监控项目和规格，并入档文件库；Define the MEMS product monitor items and criteria, then finish the document file;3) 评估并把关各种工艺步骤的落地；Evaluate and gating specific process capability, and make sure the process can be released to the production;4) 负责产品的电性测试/线上缺陷监控和良率分析，提高综合良率;Take responsibility of product electric measurement (WAT), inline defect scan and yield analysis, improve the product total yield; 5) 解决产品转移及生产过程中出现的问题，设计关键工艺的实验方案，澄清并彻底解决问题；Resolve problems arisen from product transfer and processing, DOE for critical process window and provide final solution;6) 针对不同的NPI，流片验证，提升量产的阶段性流程及把控；Follow up the NPI, pi-run, ramp up procedure and control method;7) 新产品及工艺的评估与开发；Evaluation and development for new product and process;8) 能够独立主导项目，与各工程部和协作单位良好沟通，达成目标.Lead a project and achieve goal, with good communication and team work.任职要求：1.硕士及以上学历，微电子、半导体、工科类相关专业;Master or above, major in microelectronics, semiconductor, or related engineering;2.4年以上半导体行业PIE/ WAT/YE工作经验, MEMS经验优先;More than 4 years’ experience about PIE/YE/WAT, MEMS prior;3.英语六级及以上，具备优秀的英文听说读写能力；CET-6 or above, excellent ability in listening, speaking, reading & written English;4.熟练使用数据分析软件(Minitab, JMP, Origin, etc.)，了解SPC、FMEA;Good at data analysis software (Minitab, JMP, Origin, etc.), familiar with SPC and FMEA;5.熟悉版图设计或仿真软件(Cadence、Mentor Graphics、Synopsys Candance, etc.);Famiiar with Layout design/drawing/simulation software;6.良好的沟通能力和协作能力,结果导向;
