到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 根据项目的VPP计划，制定VMM的测试计划和策略并且根据计划进行测试执行和问题跟踪；Plan VMM testing activities according to the VPP plan, and execute that plan, trace the issue until closed;主要任务Main tasks：根据项目VPP计划，协调电子电器中心VMM测试团队，ELP属性团队和试验中心进行VMM测试策划/coordinate with EE center VMM test team, ELP attribute team and Validation center for resource and work out testing plan, according to project VPP plan根据项目VPP计划，协调电子电器中心VMM测试团队，ELP属性团队和试验中心进行VMM测试策划/coordinate with EE center VMM test team, ELP attribute team and Validation center for resource and work out testing plan, according to project VPP plan创建VMM测试报告，并且评估当前VMM系统的成熟度/Create VMM test report and evaluate the current system maturity创建VMM测试报告，并且评估当前VMM系统的成熟度/Create VMM test report and evaluate the current system maturity工作经验/Professional Experience1. 5年以上电源系统开发，整车测试相关经验More than 5 years’ Power management development, or vehicle level testing experience2. 熟悉电源系统原理，了解低压电池的特性以及相关ISG和DC/DC等工作原理Understand power management system schematics and be firmilar with 12V battery characteristics and working principle of ISG and DC/DC component;3. 熟悉测试流程，比如ISTQB和其它一些衍生体系Be firmilar with test process, gain basic understanding of ISTQB and it’s variants4. 熟练掌握数据采集，信号处理，图形化等通用工具，比如CANoeBe firmalier with data logging tools for signal manipulation, analysis and instrumentation, e.g. CANoe is preferred;5. 了解整车网络管理，OSEK，AUTOSARUnderstand automative network management principle, e..g OSEK or AUTOSAR standard；6. 了解整车通讯网络，比如CAN，LIN, FlexrayUnderstand automotive bus system, e.g. CAN, LIN, Flexray7. 了解基础硬件接口原理，比如中断，唤醒Understand interface circuit principle, e.g interrupt and wakeup event;8. 工作方法良好，注重系统思考和文档化整理Good way of engineering work, especially focusing Ｏn systematic thinking and documentation;技能特长 Specific Expertise1.沟通良好，能够准确描述问题Good communication skill, and be able to describe an issue clearly2. 熟悉微软办公软件Familiar with Microsoft office software.3.耐心，细心，团队精神强Awareness of carefulness and patience.
