到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities1.Lead product hardware design and test负责产品的硬件设计和验证2.Analysis of specifications, hardware requirements and specifications Review分析技术规范，评审硬件设计的要求及技术规范。 3.Review hardware/software interface specification评审硬件、软件接口的技术规范4.Review hardware module design justification documents评审硬件电路模块设计文档5.Review the schematic, Hardware Ebom， PCB Layout评审电路原理图，物料清单，印制电路板的布局图6.Create the hardware DFMEA建立硬件DFMEA7.Fix defects and Implement change requests解决设计问题，执行工程更改岗位的相互配合Position Interactions汇报责任：硬件主管监督任务：产品设计审核工作联系：项目组成员以及部门内部 对成本的责任 Responsible for Costs:产品设计VAVE要求分析要求 Analytical Requirements:有较强的硬件设计能力，分析问题和解决问题的能力；资格和要求 Qualification and Requirements:1.Know well General Automotive熟悉汽车电器知识2.Bachelor Degree majored in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or above电子相关专业本科学历以上3.With at least 8 years' hardware design & test working experience of automotive electronics product8年以上汽车电子产品硬件设计和测试经验4.Skill for Modular & object Oriented Design 精通模块&优化设计5.Hardware Tests Phases (Unit/Integrated /Validation) 硬件测试（模块/集成/验证）6.Know well Mentor graphic Dexdesigner 熟悉使用Mentor graphic Dexdesigner 7.Thermal simulation 热分析8.EMC Simulation 电磁干扰分析9.Field Bus: I2C, CAN, UART, LVDS, Ethernet… 现场总线10.Digital circuit & analog circuit模拟/数字电路知识11.Good English language 良好的英语水平
