到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 职责描述：Basic Function / General Description:•Lead electrical design activities from concept to product release•On-site support for product debugging and qualification base Ｏn Otis standardDuties, Responsibilities & Authorities:As an electrical engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:•Develop product concept with pros/cons analysis•Demonstrate design with MASC (modeling/analysis/simulation/calculation)•Design of elevator components (controllers, modules, etc)•Develop and execute the test plan•Verify/qualify the design•Documentation of engineering works according to Otis product development process (e.g.: requirement, drawings, test reports, user’s manuals etc) •Coordinate with other function to ensure program success•Perform other duties as assigned and requestedAccountability & measures:•Correct and efficient performance of the tasks with sense of ownership•Complete the job Ｏn target with respect to quality, time, and cost•Support others to achieve departmental objectives•Self-motivated for continuous improvement of product and personal skills to adapt external environment change.任职要求：Work experience & skills requirements:•Experience: oMinimum 2 years of design experience with Master’s degree or 4 years with Bachelor’s degree preferred.oElectrical circuit design, component selection, qualificationoEMC/EMI and environment design & analysis, improvementoGeneral knowledge Ｏn Elevator industry is preferredoWorking experience in global company is preferred•Language: oCET-6 and above.
