1.计算机或计算机相关专业毕业，本科及本科以上学历，具有5年及以上互联网行业工作经验
2.3年以上软件手工以及自动化测试经验，自动化工具(Selenium)&测试框架(C#,Ruby,Java)经验
3.3年以上敏捷开发工作经验，有项目管控意识，能够把握项目测试进度和风险
4.3年以上API测试经验
5.能够独立完成测试分析和用例设计，独立搭建测试环境，独立进行项目完整测试的能力，熟悉web和app测试
6.掌握jira或者其他bug/agile项目管理工具
7.掌握Testlink或者其他测试案例管理工具
8.沟通流畅，对业务的理解能力较强，并能能够清晰表述事情
9.对软件测试有浓厚的兴趣和丰富的经验，有很强的分析能力和定位问题的能力
10.反馈、跟踪、重现测试问题，推动问题解决，实现问题闭环，持续推动所负责项目的流程优化和效率提升
11.责任心强，工作认真、严谨，有团队精神，乐于分享

Description:
He/shewillcollaboratewithdevelopment,productmanagers,andprojectmanagers(scrummasters)toensurequality.He/shewillalsoworkcloselywithdevelopersinanagilescrumenvironment.Possessagoodunderstandingofagiletesting.He/shewillhavegoodtroubleshootingskills,understandingofautomationframeworks,haveabilitytowriteautomationtestcases.
Responsibilities:
•ProvideQAfordevelopmentofawebbasedapplicationinanagile(scrum)environment
•Functional/regressiontestingofbrowser-basedwebapplicationusingmanual/automationtestingmethodologies
•Review,analyzeandprovidefeedbackonuserstories’acceptancecriteria
•Proactivelycommunicate/collaboratewithBA/ProjectOwner/DEV/DBEtomakesureuserstoriesacceptancecriteria&requirementsareimplementedcorrectly.
•CreateandexecuteautomatedtestcasesagainstdifferentSDLCenvironmentsandanalyzeexecutionresults
•Stayingontopofallbugs/issues.Helptriagebugsanddriveissuestoresolutions.KeepingeveryoneawareofQAstatus.
•WorkcloselywithNA/Chinadevelopment,QAteamstoensurequalityofproducts

Qualifications:
