M&M Software (Suzhou) GmbH, established in July 2005, is a wholly owned subsidiary of M&M Software GmbH in China. It is conveniently located in Suzhou International Science Park, next to the beautiful Jinji Lake. M&M is dedicated to industrial automation software project and product development, and to provide related technical service.

2010年底，总公司提出了崭新的公司发展战略，把软件开发重心移至美名软件（苏州）；同时大力开拓亚太市场业务，保证欧美和亚太业务齐头并进。随着近来德国工业4.0，中国制造2025等国家战略的推广，美名软件（苏州）倾力招募众多愿意投身软件行业，推动国内工业自动化发展的人才，同时满足公司业务快速发展的需求。

M&M Software GmbH introduced a brand new organizational strategy at the end of 2010, to shift more software development to M&M Suzhou. Meanwhile, we have been developing Asian marketing to in parallel with German marketing.
