Finance Supervisor

到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 职责描述：We are recruiting an experienced Supervisor and report to Finance Manager in Shenzhen who enjoy working in a multinational, fast paced environment. The person needs to be result-oriented, resourceful and have a can-do attitude. The incumbent will have the following responsibilities:Financial Accounting and Governance:1.Handles month end close for statutory account compliance including local book under CAS and Oracle book under IFRS, balance Sheet reconciliations and other deliverables according to Group requirements.2.Oversees all accounting / tax / cashflow / compliance 3.Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and group requirements. Be able to maintain governance around financial operation processes, including but not limited to billings, receivables, purchase, payments, commissions, month-end close, payroll, fixed assets, tax.4.Assist taxation for the entity.5.Handles ad hoc projects. Support implementation of financial systems and internal controls program.6.Assist to review customer vendor contracts when neededManagement Accounting:1.Prepare monthly management accounting (including billings, revenue, accruals, prepayments, accurate monthly flash reporting, monthly commentary and forecast)2.Maintain tight cost control against budgets. Maintain clear cost trackers each month with clearly visible fixed costs and discretionary costs. 3.Assist Ｏn payroll and headcount forecast.4.Responsible for budget and forecast with detailed workings by department.Strategic Accounting:1.Business partner with BU leaders. 2.Be able to carry out planning, budgeting and forecasting for the business.3.Use management information to track progress against an aggressive 3 year plan and to identify new trends and opportunities.4.Be able to establish key KPIs for tracking business performance5.Be able to suggest cost savings proposals. 任职要求：1.The position will be based in Shenzhen and will oversee 1-2 accountants in the team. 2.At least 5 years’ working experience with experience in leading small finance team and full set month end close experience.3.Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Hyperion Essbase and Kingdee is an advantage. 4.Experience in working for multinational company and fast pace work environment.5.Good oral and written communication skills in English.6.Solid understanding of local tax requirements, experience in dealing with tax authority, tax filing, bank, external auditor is a MUST 7.Excellent at Microsoft Excel is a MUST.8.Mature, reliable, hands Ｏn, proactive, good team player, good people management skills, willing to take Ｏn any ad hoc assignments, collaborative and be able to meet deadline.
