The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UX and communication skills and be able to create extraordinary new digital experiences to our customers.Job Description:As a UX specialist, you will work with CI&T top clients in Asia Pacific and your responsibilities include:1. Build concepts (wireframes/mockups/storyboards) for websites, portals and/or mobile apps2. Demonstrate solid knowledge of design principles and best practices;3. Able to perform or create: 1) Consumer Research, product strategy definition, roadmaps, usability tests, gather insights and help define the product main audience;2) User Interviews3) Personas and User Stories4. Lead all aspects of user-centered design including information architecture, task analysis, user flows, navigation, content hierarchies, interaction design, and interactive wireframe prototypes;5. Collaborate with clients, user interface designers, and developers to ensure user-centered perspective throughout the entire development cycle;6. Advocate user focus and communicate the value and principles of user experience design to clients;7. Work Ｏn multiple projects in a challenging, fast-paced environment;8. Lead by example, contribute to our dynamic culture, and facilitate growth into the next generation of UX design.Requirements:1. Minimum 3 years of experience in UX implementation;2. Be able to show your portfolio;3. Experience with information architecture and design;4. Experience with mobile projects;5. Great organizational skills;6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present in a group setting;7. Ability to facilitate and conduct presentations to customers;8. Self Motivated, organized, and accountable;9. Passionate about design;10. Aware of current trends;11. Familiar with agency environment and disciplines;12. Able to sell ideas;13. Work remotely with teams;14. Experience with most common tools 1) Proficient in Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, Fireworks or other design-related software2) Familiar with Axure RP Pro, Balsamiq Mockups, visio and other interface prototype design software15.
