Together, we are embarking Ｏn a journey where each and every Ｏne of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.In this role, as a GTS Mechanical Team Product Specialist you will be responsible for implementing product strategies for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China.Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, you will coordinate and implement technical training for employees.- Providing technical support to front-end sales with confidence and professionalism in the quotation process- Proposing technical solutions for complex enquiries by coordinating with internal functions such as R&D, SCM, production support team, etc.- Developing and implementing technical training for employees and sales organization in cooperation of marketing- Working in global environment with worldwide customers- Coordinating technical clarification during the order hand over procedure- Giving product suggestions, technical and experienced inputs to product management team and R&D- 3 years of experience in machine sales and support work- Knowledge Ｏn FEM, good at PC skills, Microsoft office and work experience are preferred- A university graduate or above in mechanical engineering- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin - An individual who is full of enthusiasm, action oriented, customer oriented, willing to face challenges and work with different cultures- Ability to work independentlyABB Motion keeps the world turning, while saving energy every day.
