到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 Responsibilities: •Work with system architect Ｏn new product definitions.•Carry out development activities for circuit design, layout, simulation and validation.•Layout supervision and verification.•Preparation of test plan.•Product characterization.•Supporting evaluation Ｏn both the silicon level and application level.•Documentation.•Behavioral modeling of analog and mixed-mode circuits.•Develop leadership Ｏn the domain of skill and actions.•Coach junior team members Ｏn design knowledge and way of working.Profile:•MSEE•＞= 5 year experience of analog design.•Extensive experience in switching charger design or DCDC converter. i.e. Deep understanding of different topologies (Buck, Boost, Buck-boost, Voltage divider, etc.). Deep understanding of different control architectures.Deep understanding of NVDC charging control logic. •Understanding of Mix-signal IC design.•Knowledge of device physics and process technologies that are applicable to Power IC design.•Creative thinker with capability of finding an appropriate solution to complex problems.•Excellent written and oral communications with experience in specification creation, technical report writing and test plans / instructions.•Expertise in HSPICE/PSPICE/Spectre simulator.•Strong time management skills that ensure Ｏn-time project delivery.•Team player with ability of working in a cross-functional-team environment.
