主要职责 Key Responsibility 1. 为客户提供新设备安装、升级及日常维护、故障排除、数据分析等技术服务。Provide customers technical services，such as new equipment installation, upgrade, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, data analysis.2. 通过现场或远程协助与内部工艺、技术支持等部门协作，解决复杂技术问题。Solve complex technical problems through Ｏn-site or remote cooperation with internal process and technical support departments.3. 与设备硬件团队就逐步升级的技术问题进行接触、沟通和合作。Interfaces, communicate and cooperate with the equipment and hardware team Ｏn technical issues of gradual upgrade. 4. 代表公司和客户协调沟通，提高客户满意度。Responsible for coordinate and communicate with customers and improve satisfaction.任职要求 Qualification Requirement 1. 本科或硕士学历，电子、自动化、机械、计算机类等相关专业，5年以上工作经验。有量检测设备经验者优先。Bachelor or above degree, 5 years above related experience in electronics, automation, machinery, computer, etc., Experience in quantity testing equipment is preferred;2. 工作态度认真负责，团队合作精神强。Serious and responsible working attitude, strong team spirit.3. 很强的沟通和人际交往能力，抗压能力和动手能力强。Strong communication and interpersonal skills, anti-pressure ability and hands-on skills.4. 软件管理能力强，有 Unix 背景者优先。Strong software management ability, Unix background is preferred.
