到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 PD EESE Driver Assistance Technology Engineer 驾驶辅助技术工程师Major Responsibilities:•Responsible for developing and implementing ADAS features and related commodities including sensors and modules in China. •Lead an implementation of Ford product development process / quality operation system and ensure the milestone deliverables completed Ｏn time with quality and cost for ADAS commodities and features. •Responsible for cost optimization and quality improvement for ADAS system•Develop and manage ESOW (Engineering Statement Of Work) to ensure all FORD Quality, Design and Engineering requirements being fully cascaded to the supplier; •Evaluate and identify the suppliers to meet Ford cost, quality, weight, volume and timing requirements cooperating with cross-functional team; •Lead the supplier to design and develop components and/or system to meet all requirements including cost/quality/weight/timing; •Responsible for the robust design verification, production product validation and engineering sign-off; Lead the vehicle level development testing and sign off testing for ADAS components and features. •Lead in resolving the issues down to the closure and manage design & engineering changes; •Set priorities, plan and execute projects to improve regional quality and make sure best practices are replicated in the regional plants.•Support all APQP activities and PPAP sign-off. Qualification Requirements:•Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical & Electronics Engineering required; •Minimum of 5 years design experience in Automotive electrical commodities;•A combination of specialized technical skills in electrical commodities (module, radar and sensor) and project management are required •ADAS system development experiences, particularly radar and camera. •ADAS feature vehicle testing experiences, particularly active safety features. •In-depth knowledge in electrical circuit design and Software development; •Knowledge in CAN protocol and system level testing;•Experience in component /system design verification process and test planning/execution; •Experience in problem solving and issue investigation •Experience in Quality/Reliability process including Design FMEA, Process FMEA, Control plan and 8D (or similar problem solving methods); •Good English skills in writing, reading, listening and speaking.
