合规风控副总监

到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 This role reports to GM, Risk & Compliance and will oversee all aspects of the risk and compliance related tasks for CapitaLand Investment China. This position will be based in Shanghai. Responsibilities of the position will include, but not be limited to:•Develop annual operational review plan and lead review assignment.•Perform ad hoc investigations based Ｏn protocol with Group Internal Audit and senior management requirement.•Maintain Delegation of Authorities of the Company and propose revisions when there are business needs, based Ｏn discussions with Group counterparties, senior management, business teams etc..•Develop risk management related polices for the Company, for example, Anti-Money Laundering, personal information protection etc..•Be a major contact point between Group functions and China BU to promote/ assist group initiatives, for example, the quarterly and annual reporting exercises regarding regulatory non-compliance, risk & control self assessment etc..•Work closely with other function leaders to continuously enhance the Company’s control environment, staff’s control awareness and detailed control procedures.•Deliver trainings Ｏn subjects like internal controls, Delegation of Authorities, Anti Fraud, Bribery & Corruption.Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Statistics and Computer Science etc. or equivalent from a reputable university.•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in risk management, compliance management, audit or related experiences.•People management experience with strong ability to work in a team environment.•Skilled in risk management, compliance management and business risk analysis.•Self-driven and performance oriented with excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.•Good writing skill in Chinese and English.
