到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 职责描述：在专案项目的过程中: Provide support for manufacturing prototype.提供标准化制造作业Provide maintenance information to equipment group for the equipment concept /designing / manufacturing for production system.给机台设备提供设备理念、设计、产品制造系统等相联系的维修维护资料Participate the equipment acceptance process参与设备的验收评价过程Participate the equipment set up and installation参与设备的安装调试投入生产使用的过程Responsible for setting up equipment maintenance plan, and complete the TPM Doc.负责设备维护计划的建立和实施，完成TPMResponsible for training to manufacturing staff for TPM. 负责对制造作业工作人员 TPM 的培训Take care of LOP issues, which is list by the leader随时注意主管列出的 LOP 事项In the normal production:在常规的生产中:Responsible for regular maintenance of non-standard machine of assembly line.负责机加工设备和非标设备的日常维护保养。Responsible for supporting to make maintenance plan set up and implement it.负责维修维护计划的制定以及它的执行和实施Responsible for TPM implementation.负责 TPM 的制订和执行Responsible for supporting spare parts management负责对备用零部件的管理Provide the support to industrial group for production system improvement.给生产系统改善方案提供协助Responsible for supporting EHS management in the company.负责协助公司内部EHS 管理 College and above degree, major in electrical automation, mechatronics or relevant.大专及以上学历，电气自动化、机电一体化及相关专业。Work in equipment manufacture factory is preferred.有非标设备制造公司工作经验更佳。At least 3 years working experience as an electrical engineer至少3年以上电气工程师的工作经验Must be familiar with Siemens S7200/300/1500 PLC, knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, servo motion control.熟悉西门子S7-200/300/1500 PLC，懂得电气、液压、气动、润滑和伺服控制的工作原理。Can use AutoCAD to draw electrical and mechanical drawings.能够使用AutoCAD绘制电气和机械图纸。Good at English reading and writing, can read English documents and drawings independently.良好的英语读写能力，能够独自阅读英文文档和图纸。Could use MS office to make maintenance instructions and graph.能够使用办公软件制作维护文档和图表。Familiar with visual system and laser marker is preferred.熟悉机器视觉系统和激光刻码机更佳。
