到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 Main responsibilities include the following: · Responsible for supplier audit and improvement;· Responsible for supplier project/PPAP/trial run audit and OTS/PPAP approval;· Responsible for supplier system improvement activity or audit;· Review supplier parts development schedule and the APQP progress tracking;· Review drawings, deliver product features, experimental requirements, measurement methods and so Ｏn to the supplier;· Review process flow chart, P - FMEA and control plan of important parts supplier, identify risk points and the control method;· Participate in the review the sample piece, collect and submit the OTS report;· Review and approve supplier tooling mould and measuring tool fixture;· Responsible for new project Ｏn-site PPAP audit, confirm the supplier quality control capability ;· Responsible for confirm the site capacity of suppliers, make sure it could be delivery smoothly;· Responsible for following up and resolving the quality problems during new project SOP 3 months; · Or other regular audit required related to purchasing activity includes this line transfer audit;Qualifications:· Engineering background, more than 4 years supplier management or quality management experience in the automotive industry;· Familiar with word, excel and PowerPoint Technical Competencies · Be familiar with ISO/TS quality system requirements, be familiar with QS, VDA or FORMEL Q management standards;· With professional skills , such as injection molding, stamping die, mould development, be familiar with all kinds of quality statistics and control tool, and has the rich Ｏn-site audit and the ability to deal with the problem, and can be guidance for supplier quality improvement.Non-technical Competencies:· Good communication skills Ｏn both Chinese and English;· Adapt to frequent business trips;;· High pressure resistance, has the good team cooperation spirit;· Good communication skills.
