•Identifying key opportunities of digital environment through whole value chain
•Develop and complete the strategic analysis to support the 5-year smart manufacturing Planning Process.
•Scouting of new processes and new technologies, benchmarking with internal Syngenta factories as well as external businesses
•Being accountable for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of smart manufacturing, process and office automation across manufacturing function.
•Responsible for plant/regional implementation, analyze cost and saving impact.
•Develop and improve standards for project implementation as it relates to efficient project planning, resource utilization and overall maximum efficiency.
•As a facilitator to drive smart manufacturing culture building. Training internal person with smart manufacturing concept, coach and support key stakeholder in project implementation
•As key role to communicate with Syngenta global SSM team and keep teamwork with Syngenta China.
•Ensure Ｏngoing compliance with IT Security policies and procedures

任职资格：
Knowledge 背景知识
•Good exercise in written and spoken English
•Manufacturing system experience and knowledge, lean and IE is a plus
•Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems, ERP Systems and Integrations with Plant Control systems
•Knowledge of IIoT and Industry 4.0 applications
•Demonstrated ability to deliver technical solutions in the area of Smart Manufacturing
•Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
•Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
•Strong time management skills that enable Ｏn-time project delivery

Experience 经验
•5 years’ experience with industrial engineering related projects within a manufacturing environment. 3 years’ experience of smart factory solution related project.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study
•Experience in leading projects & driving change management initiatives.
