工作职责:
1.根据开发计划，高效完成系统功能模块的设计与开发，确保项目按时交付。
Efficiently design and develop system functional modules according to the development plan to ensure Ｏn-time project delivery.
2.编写高质量、可维护的代码，并完善代码注释及技术文档，提升团队协作效率。
Write high-quality, maintainable code with clear comments and technical documentation to enhance team collaboration efficiency.
3.负责数据分析模型及报表程序开发，优化数据处理逻辑，确保报表准确性和性能。
Develop data analysis models and reporting programs, optimize data processing logic, and ensure report accuracy and performance.
4.依据需求文档完成功能开发，进行代码调试、测试及优化，保障系统稳定运行。
Develop features based Ｏn requirements documentation, perform debugging, testing, and optimization to ensure system stability.
5.快速定位并解决开发过程中的技术问题，持续优化系统架构与代码质量。
Quickly identify and resolve technical issues during development, continuously optimizing system architecture and code quality.
6.设计合理的数据库结构，编写清晰的技术文档，便于后续维护与扩展。
Design efficient database structures and produce clear technical documentation for future maintenance and scalability.
7.制定并维护功能模块的详细设计规范，确保开发符合标准化要求。
Establish and maintain detailed design specifications for functional modules to ensure compliance with standardization.
8.设计高效、可靠的系统接口，制定接口规范，确保各模块间数据交互顺畅。
Design high-performance and reliable system interfaces, define API specifications, and ensure smooth data interaction between modules.
9.定期检查MES应用服务器运行状态，监控系统性能，及时排查潜在问题。
Regularly inspect MES application server status, monitor system performance, and promptly troubleshoot potential issues.
10.定期巡检MES数据库服务器，保障数据安全，优化数据库性能。
Conduct routine checks Ｏn MES database servers to ensure data security and optimize database performance.
11.深入车间现场，核查MES系统运行情况，收集用户反馈，推动系统优化。
Visit production workshops to verify MES system operations, gather user feedback, and drive system improvements.
12.快速响应MES系统异常，高效解决问题，***限度降低对生产的影响。
Respond promptly to MES system anomalies, resolve issues efficiently, and minimize impact Ｏn production.
任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历，软件工程或计算机相关专业
Bachelor's degree or above in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field
2.5年及以上ETL开发经验，3年以上大型数据仓库设计经验
5 years of ETL development experience, 3 years in large-scale data warehouse design
3.精通SQL Server数据库，熟悉Oracle、MySQL等主流数据库
Proficient in SQL Server, familiar with mainstream databases like Oracle and MySQL
4.精通SQL语言，能编写高效SQL语句，具备优秀的数据处理和分析能力
Expert in SQL with ability to write efficient queries, strong data processing and analytical skills
5.熟练编写MS SQL Server存储过程
Skilled in developing MS SQL Server stored procedures
6.1-3年MES项目开发经验，了解制造业管理流程，有完整项目实施经验
1-3 years of MES project development experience, understanding of manufacturing processes, full project lifecycle experience
7.有C# Windows Form开发经验者优先，OrbitMES开发经验者优先
C# Windows Form development experience preferred, OrbitMES experience a plus
8.思维清晰敏捷，逻辑分析能力强，具备良好的口头和书面表达能力
Clear thinking, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication
