This role will report to the Head of Engineering, APAC. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Develop robust integrations between our e-commerce solutions and various marketplace APIs, including Amazon, Tmall, JD, Pinduoduo, Douyin, Red, Lazada, Coupon, Rakuten, Shopee, Shopify...etc. • Develop back-end services and applications for data analysis and visualization • Build architectures based Ｏn AWS using technologies such as ECS, API-Gateway, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, etc. • Contribute to design and implementation of the overall web architecture required for external integration. • Develop and manage highly reliable and scalable databases and applications • Participate in scrums and sprint planning with a global team • Design and implement continuous integration and deployment using Github actions • Solve problems with alternative approaches and in consultation with stakeholders • Working effectively with a team, encourage innovation & best practices Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5 years of experience in back-end development using at least Ｏne of these languages: Java/javascript/Typescript.,Node.js, Python, Ruby Ｏn Rail • Solid experience in developing web applications with a microservices architecture. • Proficiency in multiple database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, DynamoDB). • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles. • Strong knowledge of AWS such as ECS, API-Gateway, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, etc. • Experience using API tools such as Swagger and Postman. • Proven experience with implementing testing frameworks and automated unit testing. • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) • Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • High attention to detail and a proactive learning mindset. • Proficiency in reading and writing English is required. • Experience working with teams cross-geography. Preferred Qualifications • Ｏne or more years of experience working with e-commerce platforms • Advanced knowledge of cloud architecture (especially AWS) is highly desirable. • Familiarity with big data tools such as Kafka, Spark, Hadoop. • Experience with Ruby Ｏn Rail, Golang is a plus. • SRE or DevOps experience is a strong advantage. • Proficiency in spoken English is preferred.
