到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 我们正在寻找⼀位Android开发⼯程师，参与公司远程医疗应⽤的开发与维护⼯作。我们的⽬标是构建⼀款能够⽆缝集成后端系统、通过定制通信协议连接蓝⽛低功耗医疗设备、管理安全本地数据存储，并提供可靠⾳视频通话功能的远程医疗应⽤。您将深⼊Android应⽤的各个层级，确保应⽤的健壮性能和流畅的⽤户体验。 岗位职责 • 设计、开发与维护：构建、测试并维护我们的Android远程医疗应⽤，确保其在多种设备尺⼨和Android版本上均具备⾼性能、⾼质量和⾼响应度。 • 架构与代码质量：遵循现代Android架构指南，实现清晰、模块化且可测试的代码。 • API与数据集成：接⼊RESTful后端服务，安全地获取、展示和管理患者及临床数据。 • 本地数据管理：使⽤Room持久化库等策略，实现⾼效的本地数据存储与缓存机制。 • 实时通信开发： - 使⽤WebRTC开发并优化安全、⾼品质的⾳视频通话功能。 - 使⽤XMPP实现实时消息传递、在线状态管理以及通话信令/握⼿。 • 蓝⽛低功耗：根据制造商规范，管理设备发现、连接⽣命周期、GATT操作以及数据解析/验证。 • 推送通知：处理通知渠道、前后台消息分发、深度链接以及⽤户通知偏好设置。 • 全栈协作：在Android应⽤的各个层级进⾏⼯作—从UI/UX实现到业务逻辑和数据持久化。 • 问题排查：识别并修正性能瓶颈，修复缺陷，提升应⽤性能。 任职要求 • 3年以上专业Android开发经验。 • 具备理解业务需求并将其转化为技术需求的能⼒。 • 深⼊了解Android设计原则、模式和实践。 • 熟悉Android SDK，能够处理不同屏幕尺⼨和系统版本。 • 具有使⽤RESTful API连接Android应⽤与后端服务的经验。 • 具有蓝⽛低功耗设备发现和GATT操作经验。 • 熟悉使⽤WebRTC和XMPP进⾏实时通信开发。 • 熟悉单元测试和集成测试。 • 理解Git及协作开发⼯作流程。 技术技能 • 编程语⾔：Kotlin（主要），Java（如有遗留代码需求） • 架构模式：MVVM、整洁架构、仓库模式 • 依赖注⼊：Dagger/Hilt 或⼿动依赖注⼊ • ⽹络通信：Retrofit、OkHttp、WebRTC、XMPP • 数据持久化：Room、DataStore、加密存储 • 异步处理：Coroutines（协程）、Flow、WorkManager • 蓝⽛开发：Android蓝⽛低功耗、⾃定义医疗设备协议 • 测试框架：JUnit、MockK、Espresso、集成测试 • 版本控制：Git 具体薪资面议 We are looking for an Android developer to join us in development and maintenance of our telemedicine application. Our goal is to build a telemedicine application that seamlessly integrates with backend systems, connects to Bluetooth LE medical devices via custom communication protocols, manages secure local data storage, and facilitates tele- consultations through reliable audio and video calling. You will work across all layers of the Android application, ensuring robust performance and a seamless user experience. Responsibilities • Design, Develop & Maintain: Build, test, and maintain our Android telemedicine application, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness across various devices sizes and Android versions. • Architecture & Code Quality: Implement clean, modular, and testable code following modern Android architecture guidelines. • API & Data Integration: Integrate with RESTful back-end services to fetch, display, and securely manage patient and clinical data. • Local Data Management: Implement efficient local data storage and caching strategies using Room Persistence Library. • Real-Time Communication: - Develop and optimize secure, high-quality audio and video calls using WebRTC. - Implement real-time messaging, presence, and call signaling/handshake using XMPP. • Bluetooth Low Energy: Manage device discovery, connection lifecycle, GATT operations, and data parsing/validation according to manufacturer specifications. • Push Notifications: Handle notification channels, foreground/background delivery, deep linking, and user notification preferences. • Cross-layer Collaboration: Work across the entire application stack—from UI/UX implementation to business logic and data persistence. • Troubleshooting: Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and enhance application performance. Qualifications • 3 years of professional Android development experience. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. • Strong knowledge of Android design principles, patterns, and best practices. • Strong knowledge of Android SDK and how to deal with different screen sizes and versions. • Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services. • Experience with Bluetooth LE device discovery and GATT operations. • Familiarity with real-time communication using WebRTC and XMPP. • Familiarity with unit and integration tests. • Understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
