主任工艺工程师

到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 Major Tasks and Activities: Responsible for pre-sintering and sintering process  Responsible for daily operation activities in pre-sintering and sintering processes.  Drive and lead quality/yield/SPEED/Cost related improvement project or task in pre-sintering and sintering processes.  Coordinate with other function team to drive and lead process improvement projects.  Manage and dispose abnormal cases in pre-sintering and sintering processes.  Responsible for pre-sintering and sintering process and equipment performance and problem solving to ensure production running smoothly.  Draft and standardize pre-sintering and sintering processes specification and documentation.  Responsible for and operator process technician LV1 training & certification.  Relative process engineering sample follow up.  Work with equipment engineer to optimize spare part, maintenance tool management procedure and documentation.  Understand EHS management system and adhere to EHS policies.  Other task assigned by manager. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor or above degree in Material, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other related areas. 2. At least 8 years work experience in semiconductor area. IGBT assembly, sintering process experience is preferred. 3. Experience of handling multiple complex projects, PMP certification is a plus. 4. Familiar with semiconductor assembly, soldering or sintering process. 5. Good knowledge of FMEA, 8D, APQP process. 6. Strong communication ability among different departments. 7. Fluent communication both in Chinese and English. 8. Good presentation skills.
