The Transformer Engineer is responsible for design and development of traction transformer. According to customer's requirement，including new product development, design and optimization for electromagnetic proposal and mechanical structure design.
主要负责牵引变压器的设计开发工作。根据客户需求开发设计新产品，进行电磁方案的设计优化及变压器结构的设计。
1、Responsible for overall proposal design of traction transformer, insulation material selection, etc.
负责牵引变压器整体方案设计，绝缘材料的选用等
2、Design and optimization for electromagnetic proposal of traction transformer, magnetic analysis, electromagnetic calculation and simulation.
牵引变压器电磁方案的设计优化，磁路分析及电磁计算和仿真。
3、Responsible for component detailed design and drawing, preparation of technical specifications and other design documents;
负责部件的详细设计及绘图，编写技术规格书等设计文档；
4、Structure design of traction transformer, transformer tank structure strength FEM analysis.
牵引变压器结构设计，变压器油箱的结构强度有限元分析。
5、Participation in all stages of design review and *** Article Inspections
参加各个阶段的设计评审和首件检验
6、Preparation of test specification and participation in the type test and investigation test. Analyze results and write corresponding reports.
编制产品试验大纲并参加型式试验和研究性试验。对试验结果进行分析并出具相关报告。
7、Direct and solve technical problems in the production process.
指导并解决生产过程中的技术难题。
8、Provide technical response to customer, provide technical support to relevant department.
向客户提供技术响应，向相关部门提供技术支持。
9、Responsible for the related responsibilities of this position in EHS and APSYS system
负责本岗位在EHS和APSYS 体系中的相关职责。
10、Fluent in English, able to directly communicate with foreign clients.
英语流利，能与国外客户直接对接。
