Qualifications & Requirements： 1. Bachelor degree 本科学历 2. Over 10 years of experience in mechanical design or solution design in the automation industry. Relevant experience in the automotive industry or the 3C industry would be preferred. 10年以上自动化行业机械设计或方案设计工作经验，有汽车行业或3C行业相关经验为佳 3. Ability to understand complex problems, develop creative solutions and present in a well-organized and easy-to-understand way. 能够理解复杂问题，开发创造性的解决方案，并善于有条理且清晰的介绍方案 4. Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills. 出色的沟通，谈判和说服技巧 5. Proficient in commonly used software for mechanical design, proposal development and simulation rendering, such as Solidworks, AutoCAD, VisualComponent and Blender. 精通Solidworks, AutoCAD, VisualComponent、Blender等机械设计、方案开发、仿真渲染的常用软件 6. Basic English communication skills, the ability to listen and speak in a daily work environment, and the ability to read English technical materials. 基本的英文沟通能力，日常的工作环境下的听说能力，能够查阅英文技术资料。
