到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 The Role The Quality Assurance Manager is a leadership role responsible for defining and driving the overall quality strategy for the organization's products. This individual leads a team of QA engineers and testers, establishing processes and standards to ensure that all software products meet business requirements, are user-friendly, and are released with the highest level of quality and reliability. What You’ll Do *QA Strategy & Leadership:6767 Develop, implement, and manage the overall QA strategy, methodology, and processes across the organization. 6767*Team Management:6767 Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, including task assignment, performance reviews, and professional development. 6767*Test Planning:6767 Oversee the creation of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT). *6767Process Improvement:6767 Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, incorporating automation, new tools, and best practices to increase efficiency and test coverage. *6767Stakeholder Communication:6767 Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters, providing regular reporting Ｏn test progress, defect metrics, and product quality to senior management and project stakeholders. *6767Risk Management:6767 Identify potential risks to product quality and timeline and develop mitigation strategies. *6767Tool & Resource Management:6767 Research, recommend, and manage QA tools and technologies (e.g., test management suites like Jira, TestRail; automation tools like Selenium, Cypress). *6767Cross-Functional Collaboration:6767 Work closely with Product Management, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is built into the product from the earliest stages of development (shift-left testing). 6767*Release Governance:6767 Define and enforce quality gates and criteria that must be met for a product to be released to production. Requirements *Experience:6767 8 years in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a QA leadership or management role. Data quality assurance experience is highly preferred. Technical Skills:6767 *Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies (Agile, Scrum). *Proven experience with test automation frameworks and tools. *Strong knowledge of software testing types, techniques, and best practices. *Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman). *Basic understanding of programming/scripting is a plus. 6767Soft Skills:6767 Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
