到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 职责 / RESPONSIBILITIES • 理解客户需求和业务目标，紧密配合并支持产品经理/规划部门进行新项目提案，包括产品定义、需求、商业案例等。 Understand customer requirements and business goals, work closely with and support product manager/planning for new project proposals including product definitions, requirements, business case, etc. • 制定项目计划，明确目标、策略、人员配置、进度安排、风险识别、应急计划，并利用团队意见和优势分配可用资源。 Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources leveraging team inputs and strengths. • 在任何工程样机搭建之前，制定实施计划和验证方案。 Implementation schedules and validation plans prior to any Engineering build. • 管理项目问题、决策和风险，领导团队解决并缓解关键风险，必要时向发起人汇报。 Manage project issues, decisions and risks, lead team to fix them and mitigate critical Ｏnes, and do escalation to sponsors as required. • 指导和协调项目人员（跨职能）的活动，确保项目在质量、时间、成本等既定目标方面取得进展并成功交付。 Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel (from cross functions) to ensure project progresses and successful delivery with defined targets in the aspect of quality, timeline, cost and so Ｏn. • 领导供应商，通过提供技术指导，建立并验证（运用统计工具）流程能力，使其符合公司标准，以满足创新产品设计以及测试和质量要求。 Lead suppliers by providing technical direction to establish and validate (utilizing statistical tools) process capability to company standards in meeting innovative product designs as well as test and quality requirements. • 确保新产品项目按照公司质量体系和相关流程进行。 Ensure new product projects are conducted in compliance with the company quality system and related procedures. • 领导项目团队，制定和维护项目文档，确保所有项目文档完成并集中管理。 Lead project team, develop and maintain project documentation, ensure all project documents are completed and centralized controlled. • 向高级管理层和关键项目干系人提供定期报告，并酌情分发项目相关数据和文档，包括：项目状态报告、里程碑要求和流程要求文件等。 Provide regular reports to the senior management and key project stakeholders and distribute project related data and documentation as appropriate including: project status reports, milestone required and process required docs, etc. • 在整个项目生命周期中，为项目团队成员提供领导和激励。 Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle. 资格要求 / QUALIFICATIONS 必需 / Required: • 机械、电气、电子、计算机、工业或制造工程、电子信息工程专业学士/硕士学位。 Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering. • 至少8年新产品开发管理经验。必须熟悉新产品开发流程，有可靠且底线的复杂项目管理经验（质量、产品、项目成本及交付）。 Minimum 8 years new product development management experience. Must be familiar with new product development process, proven bottom line of complex project management experience (Quality, Product & Project Cost & Delivery). • 良好的沟通和表达能力，良好的英语口语和书写能力，以及与跨职能、跨国团队合作的影响力。 Good communication and presentation skill, with good spoken and written English, and influence skill to work with cross function, cross country team. • 优秀的项目管理技能，对项目管理方法、工具和技术有扎实的理解，熟练使用办公软件和项目管理工具。 Excellent project management skills, and solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques, expert of office software and project management tools. • 需要具备设计或开发经验以及运营经验。 Design or development experience along with operations experience required. • 强烈的责任心和主人翁意识，强大的执行力，确保任务按时交付并满足要求。 Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, strong execution force to ensure task Ｏn-time delivery and meet requirements. • 必须是一个积极主动、有创新精神、正直且注重细节的人。 Must be a self-starter with innovation, integrity and attention to details. • 具有使用流程驱动和分析方法解决问题的经验（六西格玛、8D、FMEA等）。 Experience in using process driven and analytical approaches to problem-solving (Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, etc.). • 能够领导/驱动、激励团队成员，并以温和或坚定的方式促进团队合作。 Ability to lead/drive, motivate people and encourage teamwork from gentle or stiff way. • 学习能力强，积极主动，愿意接受挑战。 A proven fast learner, self-motivated, willing to take challenges. • 能够并行管理多个项目，并在多个截止日期和承诺下交付成果。 Ability to manage multi-projects in parallel and deliver Ｏn multiple deadlines and commitments. • 能够在项目团队、用户社区、管理层和供应商之间建立牢固的工作关系。出色的组织和领导能力，致力于在确保整体交付质量的同时满足截止日期和期望。 The ability to foster strong working relationships between project teams, user communities, management and vendors. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a commitment to meet deadlines and expectations while ensuring overall quality of delivery. 优先 / Desired: • 有工业仪器经验者优先。 Experience of industrial instruments is preferred. • 有与国际OEM合作伙伴合作经验者优先。 Experience working with international OEM partners will be a plus. • 有直接管理职能工程团队（ME, EE, TE, DFX等）经验者优先。 Direct experience managing functional engineering teams (ME, EE, TE, DFX, Etc.) will be a strong plus. • 能够运用DOE、FMEA和其他行业标准工具主动识别和应对风险、优化流程和设计者优先。 Preferred ability to utilize DOE’s, FMEA and other industry standard tools to proactively identify and address risks and optimize process and design.
