• Align closely with Sales and Tradelane teams to deliver precision quoting strategies that significantly elevate win rates On major account bids, RFPs, and market-share campaigns.
III. Capacity Assurance & Risk Management
• Proactively coordinate slot allocations during peak seasons, port congestion, or capacity-crunch periods to ensure supply-chain continuity for core accounts.
• Lead commercial dispute resolution with carriers On rolled cargo, Demurrage & Detention (D&D) charges, and service failures, safeguarding both corporate and customer interests.
IV. Marketing Strategy & Product Management
• Act as the bidirectional bridge between the Business Unit and the North China field, designing product promotion strategies for core trade lanes.
• Drive product enhancement and profitability improvement initiatives; leverage market research and commercial insights to continuously expand market share.
