一、岗位概述 / About the Role：
该岗位将负责为多个产品类别提供高质量、可直接用于印刷的包装及说明书设计。你将在品牌一致性、产品视觉表达及设计质量把控方面发挥关键作用，并确保所有设计成果符合创意与生产标准。该岗位设于中国办公室，同时与荷兰创意团队紧密协作，在国际化环境中开展跨部门合作。
n this role, you will create high-quality, print-ready packaging and manual designs across a wide range of product categories. You will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, enhancing product storytelling, and ensuring all designs meet both creative and production standards. You will be based in our China office and work closely with our Netherlands Studio, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
二、主要职责 / Key Responsibilities：
1. 根据已批准的设计简报完成包装及说明书设计
Create packaging and manual designs based Ｏn approved briefs
2. 输出高质量、符合印刷标准的设计文件（包括版式、排版及技术制稿）
Deliver high-quality, print-ready artwork including layout, DTP, and technical preparation
3. 准确应用刀版、模板、条码、二维码及相关法规信息
Apply diecuts, templates, barcodes, QR codes, and legal requirements accurately
4. 完成印前文件准备（出血、色彩设置、安全边距等）
Prepare production files with correct bleed, color setup, and safety margins
5. 规范管理文件命名及版本控制
Maintain file naming conventions and version control
6. 与项目管理、采购、质量及销售团队紧密协作
Collaborate closely with Project Management, Buying, Quality, and Sales teams
7. 主动识别并反馈缺失信息或技术问题
Identify and flag missing inputs or technical issues proactively
8. 根据需要支持打样、视觉呈现或摄影工作
Support mockups, visualizations, or photography when required
9. 使用AI工具提升设计效率与创意表现
Use AI tools to support ideation and improve efficiency
三、任职要求 / Requirements：
1. 平面设计、包装设计或相关专业本科及以上学历
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field
2. 熟练使用 Adobe Illustrator、InDesign、Photoshop
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
3. 熟悉DTP流程、印刷工艺及色彩管理
Solid understanding of DTP workflows, print production, and color management
4. 具备包装设计相关技术经验（如刀版、条码、材质及工艺）
Experience with packaging technical requirements (diecuts, barcodes, materials, finishes)
5. 熟悉AI设计工具（如ChatGPT、Firefly、Krea）
Familiarity with AI-supported design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Firefly, Krea)
6. 注重细节，具备多项目管理能力
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
7. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作意识
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
8. 了解包装法规及标签规范者优先
Basic knowledge of packaging regulations and labeling standards is a plus
