岗位职责:
Responsible for Sika Baffle and Sika Reinforcer injection molded parts 3d/2d design：
83 Collect customer requirements, develop solutions for part design and process, BOM management.
83 Design change maintenance.
83 Technology support, make sure projects are running with in time and quality.
83 Support product design trail.
Design and develop prototypes, support trail test:
83 On-site trail support, collect and feedback result, design optimization.
83 On-site function verification, collect and feedback result, design optimization.
Others:
83 DFMEA, APQP related work.
83 Develop and trail new concepts, optimize product weight, support cost reduction.
83 Other work assigned by line manager.
任职资格:
83 based in Suzhou.
83 2 years plus design experience with Catia.
83 Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (or other relevant majors);
83 Familiar with the manufacturing process, not limit to injection molding, casting, or stamping parts.
83 Familiar with GD&T requirements.
83 Understand the requirements of IATF, FEMA, and APQP in the automotive industry.
83 Strong team communication skills and abilities, proficient in English reading and writing.
83 Expat of India nation is preferred, who is learning or working in China for years, with fluent Mandarin.
83 Team management experience would be added value to this role.
