职责：
•Develop and design body and chassis components or system with consideration of package space, functionality, assembly and manufacturing feasibility.
根据设计空间，功能性，装配性和可制造性设计开发车身和底盘零部件或系统。
•Design parts and systems in a manner that reflects the forming and fabrication processes and capabilities of the manufacturing and assembly tooling.
根据制造工艺，工装进行零部件和系统设计。
•Create and update 3D parametric model in CATIA or NX according to guideline.
使用CATIA或NX软件根据公司规范创建并更新3D参数化模型。
•Create and update 2D or 3D PMI drawings in CATIA or NX according to guideline.
使用CATIA或NX软件根据公司规范创建并更新2D或3D PMI图纸。
•Understand and apply customer given standards and procedures within the part or assembly design.
理解并应用客户的零部件及总成零件的设计标准和流程。
•Understand and apply principles and limitations of stamping, casting, hydroform, bending and welding process and practices within design.
理解并在设计中应用冲压，铸造，液压，弯曲和焊接等工艺的限制。
•Coordinate with cross functional teams like manufacturing, project management, CAE, dimensional, testing etc.
与制造，项目管理，CAE，尺寸，试验等功能部门协同工作。
•Provide benchmark, concept proposal and optimization solutions.
提供产品对标，概念设计和优化方案。
•Participate in the development of Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA)
参与DFMEA的开发。
•Prepare and maintain detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) based Ｏn CAD files.
基于CAD文件创建并维护BOM。
•Support of Engineering Release in quality and in time.
为工程发布提供适时的合格的支持
•Daily work within Cosma System (Team Center) and qualified to Cosma Standard.
在Cosma系统（Team Center）中开展日常工作，并符合Cosma标准
•Participate in VA/VE activity and support continuous improvement.
参与VA/VE活动，支持持续改进工作。
•Capable to run diversified projects.
能同时负责多个项目。
要求：
•University Degree (Bachelor/Master) in Mechanical/Automotive Industry.
本科及以上学历，机械或车辆工程专业。
•Over 5 years automotive components design experience (Chassis and Body components preferred).
5年以上汽车零部件设计经验（首选底盘、车身件零部件设计经验）。
•Good CAD software(CATIA or Unigraphics NX) skills for drawing creation and 3D modeling.
熟练使用CATIA或UG进行三维建模并创建二维图纸。（必备技能，如不具备***）
•Ability of parametric modeling.
可以参数化建模。
•Good knowledge of GD&T principle and application.
熟悉几何公差原理及其应用。
•Knowledge of automotive structure and function for each system.
了解汽车构造和各系统的功能。
•Knowledge of part tolerance and assembly tolerance.
了解零部件的公差和总成公差。
•Knowledge of automotive manufacturing and joining process such as sheet metal forming, welding and casting.
了解汽车行业制造和连接工艺，例如：钣金，焊接和铸造件的工艺。
•Good team spirit. Ability to collaborate with other departments, customers and suppliers.

•Knowledge of MS Office
