到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 1. Develop innovative packaging solutions with a strong focus Ｏn sustainability, in close alignment with Marketing and Product Group Management. 2. Actively contribute as a core member of product development project teams, defining and delivering packaging solutions based Ｏn product requirements, specifications, and technical standards. 3. Serve as a subject matter expert for packaging within the organisation, providing guidance Ｏn sustainability, quality, production feasibility, and transport safety, while driving continuous improvement and change initiatives. 4. Evaluate new packaging concepts regarding technical feasibility, sustainability, and cost efficiency, and prepare decision proposals for management. 5. Ensure required packaging functionalities and product protection across the entire production and supply chain, in compliance with applicable standards and legal regulations. 6. Drive packaging optimisation initiatives within production plants to improve efficiency, cost, and environmental impact. 7. Ensure smooth industrialisation and implementation of new packaging solutions and materials in production sites. 8. Coordinate and collaborate with external partners and suppliers, co-develop new packaging concepts, and actively manage and support implementation and change processes.
