岗位职责：
1. 统筹产品设计开发，编制图纸、BOM、工艺等技术文件，完成项目资料、知识产权相关工作。
2. 处理生产现场技术问题，优化产品设计与生产工艺，编制SOP，压降生产成本。
3. 配合质量部门制定检验标准，核定量产产品工时，推动产线效率提升。
4. 对接客户需求，跟进样品制作、试装，及时解决客户端技术问题。
5. 参与技术协议洽谈，统筹内部技术培训与作业指导。
6. 负责团队日常管理、工作分配，保障各项技术工作有序落地。
7. 完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，2年以上制造业技术/工艺管理经验。
2. 精通产品设计、工艺编制、图纸及BOM制作，熟悉现场技术问题处理。
3. 具备成本优化、流程改善、客户对接能力，能独立推进技术项目。
4. 有团队管理经验，沟通执行力强，应变能力良好。
Key Responsibilities：
1. Oversee product design and development, compile drawings, BOMs, process documents and other technical files, and handle project documents and intellectual property affairs.
2. Resolve Ｏn-site technical issues during production, optimize product design and manufacturing processes, formulate SOPs and reduce production costs.
3. Collaborate with the quality department to set inspection standards, calculate working hours for mass-produced products and improve production line efficiency.
4. Communicate with customers, follow up sample production and trial assembly, and promptly resolve technical problems raised by clients.
5. Participate in negotiations Ｏn technical agreements, and arrange internal technical training and operational guidance.
6. Manage daily team operations and work allocation to ensure all technical tasks are carried out smoothly.
7.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, with over 2 years of technical or process management experience in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficient in product design, process formulation, drawing and BOM creation, and experienced in handling Ｏn-site technical issues.
3. Competent in cost optimization, process improvement and customer communication, and able to independently advance technical projects.
4. Experienced in team management, with strong communication, execution and adaptability.
