Interior Designer

到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 Main Responsibility: --- Create concept with a strong design story. --- Ability to navigate through design challenges. --- Support the senior designer Ｏn design deliverables to meet project requirements, budget and deadline. --- Assist the senior designer for the proper execution of design and documentation. --- Communicates conceptual design ideas through 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings. --- Ability to work with the team members Ｏn value-engineering to maintain the design intent. --- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes and equipment. --- Assist the senior designer Ｏn the day-to-day project coordination efforts. --- Work with client representatives, consultants, contractors, vendors to meet overall project objectives. --- Coordinate with the consultants, project management and construction teams to ensure cohesive documentation for construction. --- Propose colour schemes and design ideas. --- Undertake site, furniture and equipment surveys. --- Coordination with consultants, contractors and vendors during construction. Qualifications --- 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial interiors particularly in workplace interiors. --- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design. --- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and other 3D computer design programs e.g. Enscape. BIM documentation in Revit an advantage. --- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese are essential. Putonghua an advantage.
