高级机械工程师

到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 岗位职责： 1.根据需求为产品进行规划与设计开发、测试、与验证，对产品标准化进行优化 3.为beta测试和客户演示生成工作原型 4.3D到2D出图，整理机械BOM清单，制作装配作业指导书 5.使用计算机软件创建和审查技术图纸、计划与规范 6.负责或协助与工程团队、供应商、承包商的对接与沟通合作 7.负责跟进项目的开发与设计过程 8.负责项目进度的预算与成本的评估 职位需求： 本科及以上学历，机械设计与制造、电气工程及其自动化、自动化等相关专业 熟悉常用机械标准件，执行元件、电子元件、传感器的选型 优秀的数学能力，能够运用高等数学原理和统计学解决问题 有使用SolidWorks、或类似CAD软件的经验，熟悉设备开发流程 对塑料，如PP，PVC，PVDF等材料的性能、结构、材料和加工工艺有较全面的了解 有良好的团队合作精神，有效清晰的沟通能力，熟悉英语或韩语为佳 有PCB湿制程设备或半导体设备设计相关工作经验优先 Purpose of job: Mechanical design and development of equipment. From modifications to new processes. Including detailed mechanical drawings detailed for machining and fabrication, along with sizing various fluid systems, exhaust, pneumatic, water and steam. Key areas of responsibility: · Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products according to development specifications · Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation of new designs · Generate working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration · Perform engineering calculations to support design work · Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software · Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors · Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget Required education: · Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field Required experience: · 8 years of experience working in engineering and above Required special knowledge: · Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products · Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems · Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks or similar · Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability · Ability to communicate effectively and clearly · Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
