Key Responsibilities主要工作职责
• Full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including R&D, engineecommercial, and other corporate functions.
负责研发，技术、商务及其他职能类岗位的全流程招聘工作。
• Stakeholder management with hiring managers to define hiring needs, craft job briefs, and align Ｏn recruitment strategies.
对接用人部门负责人，明确招聘需求、撰写岗位简介，并敲定招聘策略。
• Sourcing strategy development using channels such as linkedIn, local job boards, talent communities, referrals, and market mapping.
依托领英、本地招聘网站、人才社群、内部推荐及人才市场摸排等渠道，制定人才寻访方案。
• Candidate assessment through structured interviews, competency evaluation, and alignment with organizational values.
通过标准化面试、能力测评及企业文化价值观匹配度考核，完成候选人评估。
• Pipeline building for critical and high-volume roles.
为核心岗位及大批量招聘岗位搭建人才储备池。
• Offer management including compensation discussions, negotiation, offering and Ｏnboarding.
负责录用环节跟进，包含薪资沟通、薪酬谈判，录用及候选人入职培训等。
• Recruitment analytics to track KPIs, hiring trends, and provide insights to business leaders.
开展招聘数据统计分析，追踪各项关键绩效指标与招聘趋势，为管理层提供分析参考。
• Employer branding support through events, campaigns, and partnerships with universities or industry groups.
借助招聘活动、品牌宣传、校企及行业合作等形式，助力打造企业雇主品牌。
• Ensure compliance with regional labor regulations and internal hiring policies.
确保招聘工作符合当地劳动法规及公司内部招聘制度。
•Support recruitment activities, especially manager level hiring in different locations.
支持集团其他工厂的经理职位招聘。
•Coach, mentor and lead site TA based in different factory locations.
支持和辅导集团各工厂招聘专员。
Qualifications｜任职要求
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
人力资源、商务管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 8 years of talent acquisition experience, overseas hiring experience, such as Vietnam, Thailand is a plus.
拥有8 年招聘相关工作经验，有越南、泰国等海外招聘经验者优先。
Experience of working in a search firm is a must.
需要有乙方猎头公司工作经验
• Proven track record in direct sourcing of R&D, IE engineer, BD and sales and operations in manufacturing industry.
有制造业研发、工业工程师、商务拓展、销售及运营岗位主动寻猎的成功案例。
• Strong understanding of China and Suzhou region talent landscapes.
熟知国内及苏州地区人才市场情况。
• Proficiency with social media such as linkedIn and other sourcing tools.
熟练使用领英等社交平台及各类人才寻访工具。
・Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
具备出色的沟通、谈判及人际交往能力。
・Good oral and written English.
英语听说读写能力良好。
