职位描述（Job description）：
1、负责变频器硬件的设计，验证及市场竞品的技术分析工作。
Responsible for the hardware design, verification, and competitive product technology analysis of inverter.
2、负责产品硬件方案设计，驱动板和整机原理图设计，PCB设计，器件选型、样机试制, 调试，并对设计质量负责。
Responsible for product hardware solution design, schematic design for drive board and complete machine, PCB design, component selection, prototype testing, debugging, and accountable for design quality.
3、具有变频器硬件设计经验，熟悉功率器件IGBT，mosfet的选型与电路搭建，有PFC电路的设计经验，能独立设计开关电源。
Possessing practical hardware design experience with inverters, familiar with the selection of power devices such as IGBTs and MOSFETs, with design experience in PFC circuits, able to independently design SMPS.
4、与团队成员紧密合作，进行硬件审查和技术交流，提高硬件质量和开发效率。 Collaborate closely with team members for hardware reviews and technical communication to enhance hardware quality and development efficiency.
5、解决硬件开发过程中的技术问题，确保项目按时交付。
Resolve technical issues during hardware development to ensure timely project delivery.
任职要求（Job Requirements）：
1、本科及以上学历，电气工程或相关专业学位 。
At least bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
2、5年以上变频器硬件开发经验 ，有成熟量产开发经验。
5 years of experience with hardware development for VFD (variable frequency inverter).
3、熟练使用Altium Designer或Cadence等一种软件进行原理图与多层板PCB设计。
Proficient in using Ｏne EDA software such as Altium Designer or Cadence for schematic and multilayer PCB design.
4、具有硬件调试经验、样板焊接经验、有一定的电子产品EMC测试和对策经验。
Experience in hardware debugging, sample soldering experience, and a certain level of experience with EMC testing and problem solving for electronic products.
5、热爱技术钻研，具有解决问题的决心和恒心。
Passionate about technological research, with determination and perseverance in solving problems.
