Job Description
1. Oversee the daily operations of the Shenzhen branch in the region.
监督深圳分公司在该地区的日常运营。
2. Oversee, in conjunction with the China Managing Director, the development and implementation of the branch’s business strategy.
与中国区总经理一起，监督分公司业务战略的发展和实施。
3. Coordinate with agents, carriers, vendors, overseas offices and customers to ensure smooth transactions.
协调代理商，船司/航司，供应商，海外办事处和客户，确保交易的顺利进行。
4. Ensure the capacity and procurement strategy, as well as its execution, is in line with the US headquarters.
确保产能和采购策略及其执行与美国总部一致。
5. Maintain and cultivate local relationships with carriers, suppliers and customers.

6. Manage cost control and compliance of the business. Manage execution of sales strategies, jointly with the Sales department, to achieve given growth targets.

7. Monitor performance of the operation team

Job requirement
1. A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or the equivalent.
物流、供应链管理或相关专业本科以上学历。
2. A minimum 8 years’ experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry.
8年以上物流及货运代理行业工作经验。
3. In-depth knowledge of Freight Forwarding industry.
对货代行业有深入的了解。
4. Strong leadership and decision making skills.
较强的领导和决策能力。
5. Good communication and people skills.
良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
6. Strong commercial skills.
