工作职责:
岗位职责：
1. 全面负责教学、国际化办学特色与品牌建设工作，配合校长完成各项工作目标及督学检查;
Fully responsible for teaching, the development of international schooling characteristics and brand building, and cooperating with the principal to achieve various work objectives and complete supervision inspections.
2. 负责中学部教师队伍的培养和管理，按照IBMYP课程体系标准，监控和评估教学质量，指导学部的教育教学工作，推动教学质量的不断提升;为集团发展推荐优秀人才
Responsible for the training and management of the teaching team in the Middle School, monitoring and evaluating teaching quality in accordance with the IB MYP curriculum standards, guiding the educational and teaching work of the department, and continuously improving teaching quality; recommending outstanding talents for the development of the group.
3. 熟悉IB MYP要求及知识，按照IB MYP课程体系标准,进行有效指导及监督实施;
Familiar with the requirements and relevant knowledge of IB MYP, and provide effective guidance and supervise implementation in accordance with the IB MYP curriculum standards.
4. 妥善处理学部、家长、学生及学校的多重关系，使学部有良好、和谐的人际关系和较高的办学满意度;
Properly handle the multiple relationships among the department, parents, students and the school, create a harmonious interpersonal atmosphere for the department, and improve school-running satisfaction.
5. 加强校外(含国际)合作与交流，做好校内外公共关系维护，完成中学事业部总监赋予的其他职责
Strengthen off-campus (including international) cooperation and exchanges, maintain public relations both Ｏn and off campus, and complete other tasks assigned by the Director of the Middle School Division.
任职资格:
1. 硕士及以上学历，持有教育部门认可的教师资格证、IB培训证书等。
Master's degree or above, holding a teacher qualification certificate and/or an IB training certificate.
2. 具有国际学校5年以上IB教学经验，及3年以上管理经验，熟悉IBPYP课程。
At least 5 years of IB teaching experience in international schools and at least 3 years of management experience; familiar with the IBPYP curriculum.
3. 具备出色的组织、行政与人际沟通能力。
High levels of organizational, administrative and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
4. 拥有IBPYP协调员或协调员助理经验者优先。
Experience as a PYP coordinator or coordinator's assistant is advantageous.
