到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 JOBPOSTINGBepartofateamthatappliesitsexpertiseandknowledgetomechanicalandelectromechanicalproducts,findinginnovative,cost-effectivemeanstoimprovetechniques,procedures,andproductsandtechnologies.Youwilldesignproductstomeetcustomerneeds,productquality,manufacturability,newproductdevelopment,prototypebuilds,testing.YouwilldeveloptheproductdesignsnecessarytodriveproductimprovementandwillbeintegralinsecuringpresentandfuturebusinessbyconsistentlymeetingorexceedingVoiceofCustomerrequirements.KeyResponsibilitiesDesignsmechanicalandelectromechanicalproductsandsystemsbydevelopingandtestingspecificationsandmethods.Performafulllifecycleproductdevelopment(design,develop,testprototypes,manufactureandimplement)DesignmechanicalandelectromechanicalproductsandsystemsthatmeetneedsandrequirementsConductexperimentsmethodically,analysesdataandinterpretresultsTestandevaluatetheoreticaldesignsIdentify,formulateandproduceeffectivesolutionstoemergingproblemsEvaluatefinalproduct’soverallperformance,reliabilityandsafetyYOUMUSTHAVEBachelor’sDegreeinMechanicalEngineeringWEVALUE5 yearsworkingexperienceinmechanicalengineering,especiallyinHVACandbuildingcontrolproductssuchasmotorizedactuator,sensorandcontroller;Expertiseindesignofinjectionmoldingparts,sheetmetalparts,sinteringpartsandcastparts.Theknowledgeofmoldanddiewillbepreferred;WorkingexperiencewithProductLifecycleManagement(PLM),forexampleWindchill/Teamcenter;Skillwith2Dor3Dengineeringdesignandmanufacturingtools(e.g.,PTCCreoParametricorotherCADsoftware);Adequateknowledgeofengineeringanalysistools(Pro/Mechanica,ANSYS,orsimilar);Mathematicalcomputingandanalysistoolsknowledge(Minitab,Excelandetc)Solidunderstandingofcoreconceptsincludingmechanics,kinematics,thermodynamics,materialsscienceetc.Knowledgeofproductcomplianceandcertification.CreativityandanalyticalskillsAbilitytocommunicatetechnicalknowledgeinaclearandunderstandablemannerGoodEnglishinbothspeakingandwriting
